We stand behind every PawSoak we sell. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must have been purchased from dog-paw-cleaner.trend-store.shop. Items received damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Email us at support@trend-store.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. You do not need to return the item for most refund requests.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing times may vary by bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible. If you provide an incorrect shipping address resulting in a lost or undeliverable package, we cannot issue a refund but will work with you on a replacement at a reduced cost.
